Responsibilities: Supportsorganization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of theirjob with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers Providespersonal care services as established in the plan of care Assistspatients with mobilization and rehabilitation Communicateswith patients and their families on a regular basis Submitsrequired documentation as per agency policy and procedures Ensurescompliance of agency infection control and safety policies Adheresto the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position Qualifications: Home Health Aidecertification required HighSchool Diploma/GED preferred Strongcommunication and organizational skills Carand a valid driver’s license Excellentorganizational and interpersonal skills Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors with client/customer contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches, electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker, wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $16.00 to USD $24.00.
