Retail Co-Store Manager

Primary Responsibilities Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll, budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met. Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors by providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences and consistently applying company standards in every interaction. Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations. Develop and execute talent planning to support associate growth. Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs. Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer. Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods on a regular basis. Valid driver’s license. Management experience at companies such as Walmart, 5 Below, Burlington Stores, Big Lots, Dollar General, Rural King, G.s (Gabes), Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Bed Bath & Beyond is an advantage. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to push and pull up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
