Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Pediatric Echo Tech to perform pediatric echocardiograms and related diagnostics. The candidate will provide high-quality imaging and assessment for patients with complex heart conditions, supporting clinical teams in a busy healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pediatric echocardiograms, including fetal ultrasounds, with proficiency and attention to detail.
• Enter full reports into PACS system and ensure accurate documentation of findings.
• Assess and interpret complex congenital heart defects to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain proficiency with GE imaging systems such as Vivid 95, Pioneer, and Voluson.
• Follow established protocols for imaging pediatric patients and communicate effectively with medical staff.
• Adhere to safety standards, including BLS, and manage patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) credential with PE certification, or CCI with RCCS certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience performing pediatric echocardiograms, including complex cases.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE ultrasound systems and PACS systems.
• Be proficient in fetal echocardiography (preferred).
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Have pending or active South Carolina licensure with proof of application or eligibility.
