What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you will help create an excellent experience for both our guests and our Team Members. You will work alongside the team while providing the direction, encouragement, and accountability needed to run a successful shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Setting the pace for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service
• Positioning Team Members and adjusting assignments as business needs change
• Coaching Team Members through real-time feedback and encouragement
• Helping Team Members stay focused, productive, and supported
• Addressing operational challenges calmly and professionally
• Communicating clearly with other leaders and restaurant management
• Following food-safety, cash-handling, and workplace-safety procedures
• Helping create a respectful, upbeat, and welcoming team environment
• Working alongside the team and stepping in wherever support is needed

Who We're Looking For

• Have previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, customer-service, warehouse, or another fast-paced environment
• Know how to lead people with both confidence and respect

• Are comfortable giving direction, coaching performance, and holding others accountable

Restaurant leadership experience is helpful, but we are also open to strong leaders from other fast-paced, customer-facing workplaces.

Schedule Requirements

• This is a full-time position averaging 38–45 hours per week
• Candidates must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
• Availability is required during key holiday periods, including Black Friday week and December
• Specific opening, closing, and weekend requirements will be discussed during the hiring process
