A conveyor needs a bearing swap and seal replacement; a pump shaft requires attention; a line guard calls for a quick weld and acetylene cut. Between urgent calls, you execute mechanical PMs and plan a major mechanical overhaul on a production asset. You log every minute and part in the Maintenance system, then walk the floor to inspect, tune, and verify safe, productive operation.
