About the Role:
As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of menu items to our residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant food safety guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and dietary instructions
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant food safety guidelines and regulations
Assist with menu planning and ordering of food and supplies
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety
Develop and maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to our residents and staff

Requirements:
2 years of experience in food service or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
