Job Details Key Responsibilities: Litigation Support: Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for state and federal courts. Discovery Management: Conduct document reviews, draft discovery requests, and assist with deposition preparation. Administrative Defense: Represent employers before the EEOC, TWC, and other regulatory agencies. Advice & Counsel: Advise clients on daily workplace issues, including terminations, leave laws, and accommodations. Document Review: Draft and update employee handbooks, severance agreements, and employment contracts. Qualifications: Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated labor and employment law practice. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Credentials: Active license and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
