Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to address project needs and concerns. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing solutions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites. Support the procurement process by coordinating materials and resources. Maintain thorough records and ensure proper documentation is completed for all project activities. Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager - Projects up to $30M should have: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively.
