This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and measurable impact.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain in depth understanding of assigned software applicationsMaintains working knowledge of application module integrationLeads the creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation and implementation tools as assignedParticipate in or leads customer professional services offerings including implementations as assignedTeam leader on large or complex projects for other application analyst team membersParticipate in configuration management responsibilities as assignedParticipate in process to validate product deployment programAccountable to comply with implementation standards and guidelines.Leads in the completion, submission and presentation of product and project documentation required for the assigned responsibilitiesProvide support of assigned software applications to the customer base through the established support processesProvide on-call and off hours support services as assigned and scheduledProvide call center and implementation command center coverage as scheduledEvaluate requirements and prepare for product demonstrations as assignedPreferredParticipate in process improvement opportunities facilitated by PMO management to tailor implementation and support processes to meet the needs of Vendors/ External ClientsTravels as needed, including weekend travel when necessary (abiding by DSS established travel guidelines)Participate in product sales opportunities as requiredConditions of Employment:Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.Must be able to pass a Federal background checkMust be determined suitable for federal employment.SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIndividuals working for DSS, Inc. or any Subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD).
