Unified Communications Engineer

Leading customer onboarding engagements, the full-time Unified Communications Engineer will manage the implementation of Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, and Webex Calling services, utilizing technical expertise in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer and partner onboarding, leading meetings and technical walkthroughs Provision and configure UC services, including user management and voice features, through iPILOT and administration portals Provide post-onboarding support, troubleshooting issues related to provisioning and platform configuration Required qualifications Minimum two years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone or Webex Calling administration Direct experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support calls Proficiency in provisioning users, telephone numbers, and voice services Experience configuring telephony functions such as auto attendants and call queues Willingness to learn and develop proficiency across multiple UC platforms
