Job Summary

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) , you'll provide personal care services under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. You'll help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals; assist with feeding if needed
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Support ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activities
• Assist with medication self-administration
• Report patient condition changes to the supervising nurse

Qualifications

• Active CA Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Minimum 1 year of patient care experience (Home Health preferred)
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
