Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.Coordinates the management of databases; ensures alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards. Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, financial reports and dashboards.Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.Leads the development and execution of the BMO Trust Company (internal and external) communications strategy, creating clear, impactful messaging that supports business objectives, strengthens employee and stakeholder engagement, and positively influences behaviors.Leads / participates in the management of governance meetings including Board reporting and maintenance of governing body mandates, oversight and approval guidelines.Leads/participates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes and technology investmentsOversees the provision of content and marketing materials for new business proposals e.g. special fee arrangements, technical information materials.Operates at a group/enterprise-wide level and serves as a senior specialist resource across BMO. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
