We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. • Base rate of $80 per completed assessment
• Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month
• 6-11 visits/day = $500-$1000 per day
• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)
• Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state
