Logistics Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support inbound imports, order tracking, and distribution operations. This role will work closely with vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inbound shipments and track orders from factory to warehouseCommunicate with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and carriersMonitor shipment status, ETAs, and inventory flowManage import/export documentationResolve shipping issues and discrepanciesEnsure compliance with retailer routing guides and vendor requirementsQualifications:4+ years of logistics, import/export, or supply chain experienceExperience with international shipping and customs documentationKnowledge of EDI, ERP, or ASN systemsStrong Excel, communication, xhyhwjd and organizational skillsApparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products experience preferredHybrid opportunity | Competitive compensation & benefitsIf you're a detail-oriented logistics professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect.
