TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Globe, Arizona, 85501!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Med/Surg, Observation, Med-Surg Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Flu vaccine is required, no exceptions - Experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry preferred - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Description: Dayshift RN position available from 7 AM to 7 PM. Set schedules are required. Experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry is preferred. Step-down experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with electronic medical records is desired. Experience with pumps and medication dispensing systems is advantageous. Patient ratio for Med-Surg/Observation is 1:6. Patient ratio for Step Down is 1:4. Shifts may be canceled up to 3 times during the contract. Call will be offered during times of low census with full-time staff. Requests for time off are limited to no more than 3 days during the contract period. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment. Guaranteed hours will not apply in the event of cancellations.
