Call Center Representative

Part-Time Call Center Representative Location: Spokane, WA. Sound Telecom is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Call Center Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you'll provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base, which includes medical offices, apartment complexes, and various professional services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately gathering and relaying essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise. You will be expected to meticulously enter data into our systems, providing our clients with peace of mind that their needs are being effectively documented and communicated to the right teams. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success. Qualifications A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone. Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar. Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment. Ability to type 35 words per minute or more. Excellent attendance record. Availability to work one weekend day. Compensation Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is $18/hour. Shifts Part-Time, Various Shifts Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week) Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
