Location: Monee, IL Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Lead for our logistics client to start immediately. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse associates during daily operations
- Help coordinate work assignments and balance workloads to meet operational goals
- Assist with unloading containers, putting away inventory, picking orders, loading trucks, and shipment verification
- Support cycle counts and physical inventories
- Aid in onboarding, training, and cross-training warehouse staff
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and safe work practices by leading by example
- Previous lead experience in a distribution or high-volume warehouse environment with a team of under 25 employees
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Experience with Raymond "Man-Up" narrow isle forklifts and Turret (Swing-Reach) forklifts preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Workflow coordination and safety culture promotion
- Inventory management, shipment verification, and physical inventories
- Forklift operation, including Raymond Man-Up and Turret forklifts
- Employee onboarding and cross-training
- Teamwork, accountability, and safe work practices
