Location: Cedar Family Dentistry, 505 Cedar Ave Ste C1, Marysville, WA 98270

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Flexible – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM; Tuesday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and lifetime support.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to conduct dental hygiene procedures.
• Document patient medical history and maintain clinical records.
• Use diagnostic equipment and electronic medical record systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in WA and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• NEW Graduates Welcome!
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
• Clinical experience as required by office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
