We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with experience in hydraulic or industrial hose sales, assembly, or repair to join our South Florida team. Be the go-to expert for hydraulic and industrial hose solutions. Manage your own territory and grow your customer base. Work with a supportive team that values your ideas and success. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities. Develop and execute a sales plan to capture new business and grow existing accounts. Conduct full-cycle prospecting: cold calls, lead qualification, and sales presentations. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored hose and fitting solutions. Manage a sales territory of customers and prospects, ensuring excellent service and achieving gross profit targets. Utilize CRM and other tools to plan, prioritize, and manage your territory efficiently. BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred 3+ years in business development or sales—hose, hydraulic, or construction industry experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong knowledge of hose and fittings products, applications, and industry practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; dynamic presentation ability. Highly effective interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build credibility and professional relationships. Collaborative problem solver who can work independently and in a team environment. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the sales territory, some overnight travel may be required.
