Student Worker - Functional
This position assists the Campus Dietitian in outreach and day-to-day health and wellness operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Event execution and educational outreach
- Auditing dining locations for compliance with National Menu Labeling laws, food safety, and allergen safety protocol
- Processing data to measure compliance to health and wellness key performance indicators
- Data entry for recipe analysis
- Setting up information tables located throughout campus
- Developing nutrition education infographics, brochures, and social media posts
- Assisting the Registered Dietitian with daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Sophomore classification or higher
- Nutrition/Dietetics major preferred
- Effective communication and presentation skills; both verbally and in written form
- Ability to communicate in an appropriate manner in varying situations
- Ability to work 8/15 hours per week
- Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
