Position description:
- The Business Analyst provides general support to the Strategic Collaboration Team Lead & DMS (Data Management Systems) leadership to enable effective DMS division business planning and operational success.
- This position serves as a developmental role, building foundational business planning, operational performance reporting, strategy, and stakeholder engagement skills while supporting division-level initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Successful monthly division level operational performance meetings (QCD) and follow up output
- Tracking of division non-compliance items to remediation
- Execution and tracking of engagement activities as assigned
- Minimum educational requirement: college-level Associate and/or Bachelor's degree program.
- At least 3 or more years of applicable experience in a business, analytical, financial, operational, or planning support role
- Experience supporting business operations, planning cycles, reporting activities, or cross-functional initiatives in a corporate or professional environment is preferred
- Familiar with full lifecycle SDLC
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools
- SQL coding
- Required scripting language exp: Python
- Highly desirable: Power BI, Tableau
- Desirable: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps / Power Automate
- Prior experience with Clarity and Apptio will be an asset
