Home Care Caregiver - PRN (Evenings 3 PM-11 PM)

Carolina Caring is seeking a Home Care Caregiver to deliver personal care and home management tasks to clients eligible for Caregiver services under the direction of a licensed nurse, consistent with individualized plans of care

This is a PRN position with evening hours from 3:00PM to 11:00PM and flexible days to accommodate caregiver needs.

Includes mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

Education:

Must maintain CPR certification.

Experience:

One to two years' experience in Home Care, Hospice, or Home Health Care preferred.

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to make meaningful observations and complete required documentation.
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with patients and their caregivers.
Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.
Competency shall be demonstrated by passing competency and skills examination by a qualified licensed nurse.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Maintains current, unrestricted driver's license.
Maintains minimum automobile liability insurance for duration of employment.
