Contract Manager

Manage the full lifecycle of complex commercial contracts, from pre-award and procurement through project execution and closeout.
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of contracts, change orders, amendments, purchase agreements, and other commercial documents.
Maintain contract tracking systems and risk registers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, key milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Serve as a primary resource for contract-related matters, including issue resolution, claims management, contractor performance, and commercial negotiations.
Partner closely with project, procurement, operations, and leadership teams in support of capital improvement, construction, infrastructure, and operational initiatives.
Review invoices, payment applications, contract modifications, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, financial, schedule, and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, procurement, insurance, and business stakeholders to resolve complex commercial and contractual issues.
Support the procurement and administration of construction, engineering, maintenance, and vendor service agreements.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of contract management processes, policies, controls, and governance practices.
Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and contract performance updates for key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Participate in occasional site visits, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews as needed to support contract administration and project objectives.
Must be open to periodic travel, including approximately monthly travel to California for business meetings, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
