Lead RRT - NICU

Role Overview Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a full-time NICU role. Collaborate with the Respiratory Therapy team and Neonatologists to ensure high-quality care in the NICU. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, monitoring clinical practice, and serving as a role model to promote a collaborative environment. Provide neonatal respiratory care adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level III NICU Licensed as a Respiratory Care Professional in Georgia Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC Certifications in NRP, BCLS, and PALS Key Skills & Duties Work in various units including ICU, medical/surgical floors, and NICU; operate advanced respiratory equipment; assist with bronchoscopy; may cross-train in EEGs, PFTs, and NICU care; participate in conferences and professional development.
