Staff Technical Program Manager

Salary: $149,000 - 157,000 per year Requirements:

• 5–7 years of technical program management experience or comparable experience, preferably in technology or food delivery.
• Technical fluency to evaluate tradeoffs, estimates, dependencies, scope, sequencing, and risk; familiarity with tools such as Jellyfish, Jira with JQL, SQL, Datadog, BigQuery, and Redash.
• Ability to work autonomously, independently defining goals, workstreams, and constraints.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with stakeholders across technical backgrounds.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and implement solutions.
• Preferred: Experience with M&A-related IT and Finance Systems integration, including onboarding acquired companies and decommissioning legacy infrastructure.
• Preferred: Experience with IT infrastructure projects related to opening or closing offices or restaurants.
• Preferred: Experience leading large-scale platform consolidations and upgrades, such as Jira or Atlassian, Google Workspace or M365, and identity-provider migrations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Identity and Access Management programs, including access certifications, RBAC, provisioning and deprovisioning automation, and IAM tools.
• Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise tool rollouts, including operations, governance, data retention, and change management.

• Lead high-visibility, multi-quarter initiatives across teams, driving broad adoption of effective ways of working.
• Coordinate planning and execution across programs, dependencies, and constraints; connect Engineering, Product, and other functions, and establish communication standards for executives and key partners.
• Resolve ambiguous, complex, cross-program challenges independently, identify change management opportunities, and build scalable processes that improve organizational efficiency and execution.
• Lead quarterly planning for an embedded team, translating priorities into scoped and resourced plans, and facilitate monthly and weekly business reviews with clear updates, blockers, and next steps.
• Manage escalations and tradeoffs by balancing business priorities with technical constraints, identifying when decisions should be made by Engineering.
• Execute key parts of the companys strategic plan and roadmap through plans spanning at least a quarter.
• Mentor other technical program managers and serve as a role model for program management.
