Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication development in school-aged children
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or related setting is highly valued, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educators and specialists
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children in individual and group settings
• Track student progress and communicate results to parents, teachers, and support personnel
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insights
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation compliant with state and federal guidelines
