Cook Location: Chase Center Rehabilitation – Logansport, IN Chase Center Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our skilled nursing facility in Logansport, IN. You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in accordance with planned menus and established portion control procedures.
