Job Description
Simmons and Hanbury are working on an outstanding opportunity for a mid-to-senior level investment management and regulatory attorney to join a leading global investment firm.
\n \nThe role sits within a highly sophisticated legal and compliance team advising on a broad range of matters across investment management, fund structuring, regulatory strategy, and trading-related issues. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on complex and high-impact initiatives.
\n \nIdeal candidates will have:
\n• Strong experience with the Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, and related regulatory frameworks
\n• Experience advising hedge funds, private funds, asset managers, or financial institutions
\n• Excellent judgment, commercial acumen, and communication skills
\n• Training from a top law firm and/or in-house experience within asset management or financial services
