Gastroenterology Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a physician specializing in internal medicine with a focus on gastroenterology. The role requires proficiency in various gastrointestinal procedures. Upper GI endoscopy is required, including biopsy and foreign body removal. Fulguration of bleeders, including cautery, is also required. Injection of varices is not necessary for this position. ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) is not required. Diagnostic and therapeutic expertise is required. Experience with PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) is not necessary. Esophageal dilatation and manometry are not required. Esophageal manometry interpretation is required. Small bowel biopsy experience is required. Lower GI endoscopy skills are required. Colonoscopy is required, including biopsy and polyp excision. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) experience is not required. Liver biopsy skills are not necessary for this position. Insertion and management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube is not required. This position is ongoing and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care.
