This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to provide quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsDiagnose HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairsPerform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipmentTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical componentsEnsure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulationsMaintain accurate service records and documentationCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesRespond to service calls in a timely and professional mannerQualificationsUniversal EPA Certification requiredPrevious HVAC installation and service experience preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniquesAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift, carry, and move equipment as neededAbility to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces when necessary
