THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Dallas Custom Showroom is seeking a Custom Stylist who has a strong affinity to premium products and a love of working with people to guide clients through the custom experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Become a men’s and womenswear specialist based on our training & development of client measurements, fabric knowledge, customizations, alterations, and sales psychology. Proactively build a book of clients through different prospecting efforts (outreach, events, etc.) and build upon recurring client relationships. Set appointments and meet with clients in our showrooms to conduct personalized wardrobe planning for both casual and professional looks. Guide clients through the custom experience, helping them choose fabrics, buttons, embroideries, and every detail that goes into hand crafting a one‑of‑a‑kind custom garment. Maintain personal relationships with clients from their first interaction through purchase, delivery and ongoing orders.

COMPENSATION

We believe in rewarding performance, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional client experience. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure with strong earning potential for high‑performing sales professionals. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $60,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commission and incentive compensation based on individual performance and business results.
