One-on-One Private Duty Nursing

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a patient in Avondale, Arizona .

We have an immediate need for an RN or LPN available to work:

Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

This full-time, weekday position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to focus on just one patient at a time . It's an excellent fit for a nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing personalized care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home

• Follow physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with physicians, family, and the clinical team

• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted)

• Current BLS Certification

• Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation

• Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months

• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can assist)

• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
