Job Title: Custodian (1st Shift)

Location: West Bend, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Temporary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team in Germantown, WI. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of floors including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas

• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Perform routine cleaning of production and warehouse areas

• Wipe down surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or facility repairs to management

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
