We partner with premier buildings, transportation hubs, and institutions across NYC. What You’ll Tackle Install, service, and maintain bird deterrent systems (netting, spikes, wire, and more) Use a variety of tools and materials to complete construction-style installation tasks Deliver work that meets strict safety and quality standards Keep work areas neat, organized, and professional Operate on rooftops and elevated areas in all weather conditions MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO JOB SITES WITHIN ANY OF THE 5 BOROUGHS. COMPANY VEHICLES ARE PROVIDED BASED ON AVAILABILITY. What You’ll Need Mechanical aptitude; construction or installation experience a plus Comfort with heights, including climbing ladders and working on rooftops Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb a 40-foot ladder Strong communication, organization, and time management Positive attitude; collaborative and dependable Licenses & Certifications Valid NYS Driver’s License (Required) OSHA 30-hour Certification (REQUIRED) Aerial Boom Certification (Training provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Exterminating Co.
