We welcome technicians with experience in general repair, brakes and suspension, electrical systems, diesel, and more. If you're currently working at an independent shop or another dealership and looking for a team-oriented place to grow, Haldeman Ford offers a stable environment where your skills and experience are valued.BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: $50,000-$125,000 (Based on Experience)401(k) PlanVacation & Sick TimeOpportunities for advancementCareer DevelopmentCross training for other positionsTeam building lunchesFamily owned & operatedLong term employeesAutomotive Service Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Automotive Service Technician Qualifications2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationBasic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout UsAt Haldeman Auto Group, our focus is to engage with our community and offer great services at unbeatable prices.
