Quality Technician, Cell Manufacturing

What to Expect Tesla is looking for an individual experienced with quality programs and technical quality processes to contribute to the team managing the quality program at the Cell Manufacturing facility. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for performing the daily operation of and providing support to users of the quality program. In this role, you will work within the Quality Operations organization. What You'll Do Operate in the inspect, diagnose and repair mindset Work closely with manufacturing, process, and quality teams to establish processes and procedures that will ensure consistently high quality Comprehend current production quality trends based on dashboards or from occurrences in the line Execute timely corrective action for quality mitigation and containment. Collaborate with engineering teams to support investigation, containment and execution for strategic quality issues Monitor quality, determine the root cause of problems and implement corrective actions and countermeasures.
