This role partners closely with the General Manager to lead performance, develop talent, and maintain a luxury-standard environment while creating consistency in selling, service, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Drive Daily Performance & Execution Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and operational consistency Reinforce key behaviors tied to conversion, appointments, clienteling, and follow-up Partner with leadership to execute visual standards, promotions, and operational priorities Maintain inventory, compliance, and security standards Lead the Customer Experience Model elevated service so customer client feels welcomed and guided Lead from the floor by coaching in real time and supporting meaningful customer interactions Reinforce appointment culture, follow-up behaviors, and relationship-building expectations Help create memorable experiences that build trust, loyalty, and confidence Resolve customer concerns quickly and within guidelines What You’ll Bring: Ability to deliver sales results and coach other to improve performance Strong communication, planning, and team leadership skills Professional presence and a positive, team-first approach Your Work Schedule: Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
