Clinical Pharmacist Highlights
- Location: Remote / Work From Home (Florida residents)
- The pay for this position is: $66.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling; hours based on business needs (role notes indicate full-time need, but the hiring manager may consider part-time)
- Remote position (Florida)
- This position is a Temporary role
- Openings: 2
- End date on assignment: Oct 2027
- Conduct outbound phone calls (notes indicate high call volume , up to ~100 calls/day).
- Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR) .
- Deliver Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services.
- Provide in-depth consultations on statin medication use per AHA guidelines .
- Accurately and efficiently transcribe prescription, diagnosis, and recommendation data into a third-party, web-based application (data provided via hard copy and/or SignifyHealth application).
- Attend training sessions to enhance MTM/CMR-related skills.
- Active/valid Florida Pharmacist License (client request: include a screenshot at the top of the resume).
- 4+ years of experience as a clinical MTM pharmacist (management experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures , specifically SUPD, SPC, and CMR .
- Clinical experience in medication review .
- Strong medical/pharmaceutical vocabulary and documentation accuracy.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Must be tech savvy .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
