Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 5 Star CMS, 280-bed skilled nursing facility located at 99 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, NY 12401. We are seeking compassionate, professional, family-oriented candidates to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
- Promote a resident-centered approach to care
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license (state-specific)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term or skilled nursing care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CPR certification required
