We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler - Forklift to join our dynamic team in Chino, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement and management of materials within our facility. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for operating standup, sit-down, cherry picker forklifts safely and effectively, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a material handler or in a similar role.
• Valid forklift operator certification is required.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Material Handler Experience
• Distribution Experience
• Heavy Material Handling
• Forklift Licensed
• High School / GED
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
