** ** Licensed Vocational Nurse – Freestanding ER | Tyler, TX Hospitality Health ER in Tyler, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated emergency care team. This role involves providing compassionate, competent care to a diverse patient population—from neonates to geriatrics—while ensuring a high standard of service and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and provide post-care guidance. Respond to billing inquiries and track patient complaints professionally. Manage nurse calls and patient messages with timely, knowledgeable communication. Fulfill documentation duties, including maintaining charts and employee records. Support compliance with healthcare regulations and internal accountability structures. Assist with daily operational responsibilities and uphold a patient-first approach. Qualifications Associate degree and LVN certification required. Previous direct patient care and/or customer service experience preferred. Current unrestricted driver's license. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-stress environment. Flexible availability to meet departmental scheduling needs.
