Location: Chaska, MN
Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hour - paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Compounders for a leading manufacturing company located in Chaska, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Compounder:

• Produce batches that meet all quality parameters in a timely and cost-efficient manner
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMPs to ensure accurate compounding
• Complete assigned batches according to production schedules and requirements
• Monitor batch yields and investigate/report any variances from acceptable ranges
• Maintain equipment operation by performing basic upkeep and reporting malfunctions
• Ensure proper sanitation and preventative maintenance of compounding equipment
• Reduce waste and control costs by minimizing scrap and inefficiencies
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including safe disposal of materials

What You Need to Bring to the Compounder Role:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience required; mixing or compounding experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of chemical handling, weighing, and mixing processes
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (license required)
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately and consistently
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
