Practice in a 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU caring for critically ill medical and surgical patients while enjoying a high degree of clinical autonomy, strong physician collaboration, and the support of MedStar Health's nationally recognized healthcare system. Dedicated Nocturnists receive a generous adjustor with the flexibility to apply it toward either their base annual salary or annual clinical target .
