Job Description Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation Coordinate procurement activities and material tracking Support project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action-item logs Maintain document control systems and ensure project records remain accurate Assist with permitting, inspections, project closeout, and turnover documentation Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution and reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
