Restoration Project Manager

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others and delivering an exceptional customer experience during challenging times.Location: Attleboro Falls, MassachusettsSchedule:Monday to Friday 7-5pmRotating on-call scheduleRole on the Team (Job Responsibilities):Meet with customers and potential customers immediately following water, fire and/or smoke damages that may have occurred in their home or business.Work with vendors and insurance claim professionals to develop the most effective and efficient means of restoration.Manage projects from start to finish, including developing scopes of work, timelines and estimates based upon work performed. Maintain consistent communication with all parties associated with any given project.Work within our job management software.Provide job status reports and/or updates during production meetings.Work with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters and other industry professionals on agreements on both scope and cost of projects.Proactively communicate with division and general manager on project statuses, subcontractor performance and supplements.Participate in an active on-call rotation to handle and respond to our clients' needs after normal business hours.Qualifications (Requirements):Prior experience in the restoration or related industry is preferred.A thorough knowledge of the insurance restoration process is preferred.The ideal candidate will have strong Xactimate estimating experience.Must possess computer and internet skills.Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.Licenses & Certifications:Valid Driver's License (At all times).IICRC Certifications, a plusPay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 base salary + Monthly commission opportunities.Benefits:Monthly bonus opportunities are available for effectively managing profitable projects.Company car will be provided.Company laptop and cell phone401K plan with company matchReferral ProgramGenerous Paid Time OffHoliday PayHealth, Dental and Vision PlansLeadership Development: Our company grows from the inside.
