Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire search lifecycle from the initial intake call to offer negotiation and final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Pipeline Engineering: Drive consistent daily KPIs (50100 touches) to maintain a robust pipeline that supports your personal six-figure income goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal recruiting coordinators to source and qualify top-tier talent, leveraging our proprietary tech stack to accelerate the hiring process.
