Route Specialist

Hourly $28.00 Monday-Friday Responsibilities Support and promote the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of associates, customers and community. Deliver excellent oral, written, phone and face‑to‑face communication. Load and unload truck and maintain truck organization. Manage customer inventory. Provide product knowledge for pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability and product application. Prepare and follow up on paperwork, work orders and invoices for accuracy. Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call‑offs (flexibility). Provide additional route support as needed (reroutes, additional volume, etc.). Make special deliveries to customers. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe. Eligibility to operate company vehicles as required for occasional delivery routes. Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull linen carts. Computer literate. Preferred Qualifications Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience. One year of experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction. Practical insight specific to textile services industry operations. Show respect for all people encountered in the line of work. Create a positive moment with every interaction.
