Offset Lithographic Press Operator Oliver Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled offset operator who takes pride in precision print. With more than two and a half centuries of craftsmanship, multiple production sites, and modern, sustainability‑focused technology, we deliver speed, reliability, and agility for customers who count on us for print and packaging that elevate their brands. Your evening on 2nd shift From 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, you’ll own the press—from make‑ready through production—so every sheet meets spec. You’ll dial in color, keep a sharp eye on quality, and keep the schedule moving without sacrificing standards. Prepare, set up, and operate sheetfed offset presses to achieve production goals and quality targets Complete make‑ready, color matching, and in‑run adjustments to maintain consistency Continuously inspect output and correct for color, registration, and other variables Follow job tickets and production timelines while optimizing throughput Handle routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at its best Flag and escalation quality concerns quickly to reduce waste and downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area What you’ll bring 5+ years of hands‑on offset press experience Background with Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA sheetfed equipment strongly preferred Comfort working across different substrates and calipers Expertise in color control and print quality standards Ability to read job tickets, measurements, and basic production documentation Team‑first mindset with strong attention to detail and safety Schedule, pay, and incentives Shift: 2nd (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 Compensation: Competitive base pay plus overtime opportunities Benefits & workplace Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Holidays Stable, growing company with long‑term career pathways Modern equipment and a clean, well‑maintained facility Supportive, team‑oriented culture Core proficiencies Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Packaging Experience Machine Setups for Production Runs Sheet Fed Offset Printing Equal Employment Opportunity Oliver Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
