Job Description Now Hiring: Skilled Staffing Coordinator – Home Health Agency Location: West Palm Beach, FL On Site Full-Time | Monday–Friday |8:30am -5pm PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING This position requires prior experience in home health agency staffing of skilled disciplines (RN, LPN, PT, OT, etc.), obtaining authorizations, and working in an EVV system (KanTime preferred). Applicants without this experience will not be considered . We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Health Agency Skilled Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing and coordination of licensed clinical staff (RN, LPN, PT, OT, etc.) in a fast-paced home health environment. This role is critical to ensuring patients receive timely care by coordinating staff, securing authorizations, and maintaining accurate documentation in our EVV system (KanTime) . Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule skilled clinicians (RN, LPN, PT, OT, etc.) for home health visits and cases Obtain and track insurance authorizations to ensure services are approved and uninterrupted Enter and maintain accurate patient and visit data in KanTime (EVV system) Communicate with referral sources, clinicians, and patients regarding scheduling and care coordination Monitor staffing needs and proactively fill open visits/shifts Ensure compliance with agency policies and documentation requirements Collaborate with clinical, intake, and billing teams to support seamless operations Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records Requirements Required: 2 years prior experience staffing skilled home health disciplines (RN, LPN, PT, OT, etc.) for a Home Health Agency Required: Experience obtaining insurance authorizations (Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial) Required: Experience with EVV systems (KanTime strongly preferred) Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare software Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes , including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
