Pacific Medical Group – Tigard , part of the family-owned Praxis Health network, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and well-established team. Located in one of the most diverse and growing suburbs of Portland, our outpatient clinic is known for delivering exceptional care to individuals and families across generations, all in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required: Passion for Primary Care
• Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive women's health care
• Required: 1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed NP 
• Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP 
• BE/BC

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
